Bills are a type of money that Luigi can collect in Luigi's Mansion with the second-lowest value (after Coins). Each one is worth 20,000G(s) and they are usually found in groups by examining objects and moving chandeliers in the rooms with the Poltergust 3000. They resemble Canadian bills as they are multicolored. Luigi can easily collect them, as they can be sucked up by the Poltergust 3000. The ceiling fans found in both the Master Bedroom and the Billiards Room contain a nice stash of bills. To get them out, the player needs to use the Poltergust 3000 on the ceiling fans to make them go faster and will need to continue to do this until the bills fly out. Bills should be collected quickly since they do disappear in a short amount of time. Bills make a genuine paper sound when sucked up by the Poltergust 3000.
Bills also appear in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, and are worth 5G(s). They also make a paper sound when sucked up, and there are several vaults and hidden areas that spew out Bills, Coins, and Gold Bars. There's only one color of bills in this game, representing American dollars or any other country with green bills.
Trivia[]
- The reason coins are less than bills may be that the coins are not real gold, and thus represent real life currencies.
